Chalet Byram is a spectacular modern property with a beautiful open-plan living space, with views across the valley and towards the Mont Blanc peak.
With three bedrooms, it is a perfect stay for families or friends, offering comfortable living in a homely but luxurious environment. With floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, you will feel connected to the mountains whilst enjoying the warmth of our log-burning stove. There's comfortable seating and a dining table with kitchen and breakfast-bar seating.
Our outdoor hot tub area is particularly impressive with amazing views of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains.
Guests have access to whole house, two car parking spaces, an outdoor hot-tub with bar area, BBQ, Wi-Fi, heated ski/boot room, private seating area, a quiet setting and amazing views.

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom one is the master bedroom, complete with open-plan master bathroom and bath.
Situated on the top floor, the bedroom is a mezzanine and takes advantage of Velux roof windows and stretching views across the valley.

Bedroom two is situated on the ground floor, with a double bed, wardrobe space and a dressing table.
BEDROOM 3
Bedroom three is situated on the ground floor, with two single beds and drawer space.
FACILITIES
The main bathroom is on the ground floor, encompassing a shower over the bath. Our south facing terrace opens up to views of the Fizz mountain range and the Saint Gervais village itself. We also have a BBQ, large private driveway and undercover parking.
If all that isn’t enough we have another killer wow factor… An amazing, 6-seater Canadian Spa hot tub. Just located in our summer mazot, building directly next door to the chalet, the undercover hot tub boats spectacular views of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. Enjoy a glass of bubbles and keep it chilled in our outdoor fridge and bar area.
Guests can also take advantage of the heated ski/boot room.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
The chalet is available in summer and winter months, starting from £200 per night. Discounts can be provided for long stays.
